Emre Yücesoy

I'm a fourth-year Management Information Systems student at Altınbaş University, also studying Political Science and Public Administration through Istanbul University's open education program. I'm building a career at the intersection of technology and business, in strategy, business development, process improvement and business analysis.

As co-founder of the AI call analytics startup Comcai, I took a product into the field, from customer discovery and market validation to proofs of concept and the Tech Istanbul jury. In sales and business development at Counttrack and market research and competitor analysis at Locomar, I learned to read customer needs, product positioning and growth opportunities first-hand.

Today I'm part of Trade Finance and Treasury Operations at Albaraka Türk through the Young Albaraka Program. There, I turned an improvement opportunity into an OCR and AI-powered prototype that extracted key data from 23 sample remittance letters with 99% accuracy, and by presenting it to my unit manager, brought a new perspective on how the process could run more effectively.

The McKinsey Forward and HSBC Step Up programs sharpened my structured problem solving and strategic thinking. At university, I've served as Chair of the Student Council Audit Board, Quality Commission representative and President of the Young Quality Club.

Without tying myself to a single position, industry or title, I focus on understanding processes, discovering opportunities for improvement and building more effective solutions with technology. Outside work, I follow the startup ecosystem and mechanical watches closely.
