AI-powered call center analytics
An AI-powered call analytics startup that transcribes call center conversations and makes sense of them through sentiment and tone analysis. One of 70 startups selected from 370 applicants to Tech Istanbul.
- Goal
- Turning call data that is lost without analysis into measurable customer experience and performance insight for businesses.
- My contribution
- As co-founder and head of business development, I was involved at every stage, from customer discovery and competitor analysis to product development and jury pitches. I delivered all of the Tech Istanbul jury presentations, met with 25+ companies and ran proofs of concept with 4 of them.

Digitalizing trade document processing with OCR and AI
Born from an improvement opportunity I spotted in trade finance operations: a process design that, without changing the physical document flow, uses a scanner and AI to classify documents, extract key data from remittance letters (99% accuracy across 23 samples) and present it to the operator in a verifiable way.
- Goal
- Raising operational efficiency, reducing manual workload and minimizing human error by bringing technology into manual document sorting and data entry.
- My contribution
- I identified the opportunity, analyzed the current process, designed the solution and pilot plan, tested it on 23 sample remittance letters, and by presenting it to my unit manager, brought a new perspective on how the process could run more effectively.

An independent case study examining ÜNLÜ & Co's public digital communications and competitors' marketing approaches, with an analytics dashboard, an AI-assisted competitor intelligence agent and strategic recommendations.

- Showing, with concrete recommendations, how data analytics and AI can support marketing and corporate communications in financial services.
- My contribution
- The entire study: research, analysis, dashboard and agent prototypes, report and presentation.
