Comcai

Comcai is an AI software idea that helps businesses better understand customer interactions by analyzing call center data. The product flow has four steps: record the call, transcribe it, analyze it and surface insight.

Call centers handle a large number of conversations every day, yet most of them are never analyzed systematically.

To bring the product together with real needs, I met with more than 25 companies and ran proof-of-concept processes with 4 of them. Martı Tag, İdefix, Reeder Teknoloji and Atlasnet are among the companies I worked with.

I led the application that got Comcai into the Tech Istanbul Pre-Incubation Program. Comcai was one of 70 startups selected from 370 applicants to Tech Istanbul, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's startup program, and I delivered all of the jury presentations.

The idea became a pitch deck covering the problem, market size, comparison with global competitors, SWOT, value proposition and roadmap. The MVP was tested on live data. You can view the deck and the intro video below.
